Finance structuring consultation for Individual Projects and Real Estate Development/Acquisition

• Loan Structuring – Assist client in securing term sheet for loan facility to acquire investment asset

• Project Financing and Real Estate Development/Acquisition Financing

• Create Business Plan and Financial projections for companies

FINANCIAL MODELING & ASSESSMENT

Create financial assessment reports, cash flow models, profitability analysis and projections.
